John Deere Foundation Grants are available to non-profit organizations focused in the following areas: community development, education, and solutions for world hunger.
Eligible businesses must be located in areas served by John Deere. This includes certain U.S. states, Canada, Europe, India and Brazil. Foundation grants are designed to provide support for initiatives that will have long-lasting impact on communities served by the requesting organization.
Community Development - initiatives and projects must provide diverse opportunities for community growth. Programs include economic development, safety programs, and community relations activities.
Education – programs must provide innovative and rewarding opportunities for youth and adults to be inspired.
Solutions for World Hunger – eligible programs must demonstrate the ability to transform under-resourced agricultural communities in developing countries through distinctive and sustainable solutions for world hunger. Areas of focus include farmer training, value-chain enhancement, and water access and use.
