Sunoco Foundation offers grants to fund specific projects that educate and develop skills for the workforce; promote environmental stewardship and responsibility; and make communities great places to live and work.
Businesses may apply if their projects meet the criteria for the foundation's funding. Individuals, national and international organizations are not eligible. Grant awards are given based on how well the business activity meets the foundation's goals, the level of impact the project will have, and the foundation's available funds. Eligible businesses must be non-profit organizations.
Applicants must first send a letter of inquiry. If the foundation determines the project meets their goals, they will invite the business to send a formal grant application.
