Bittylab, designers and producers of True Air-free baby bottles that help eliminate severe gas/reflux symptoms in babies, recently won the Canon MAXIFY Printers Small Business Grant Challenge. Company founder Priska Diaz received $10,000 plus a Cannon MAXIFY Printer.

Open to New York City small businesses

1010 WINS and Canon MAXIFY Printers created the contest to showcase the best entrepreneurial talent in the New York Metropolitan area. NYC small business owners entered the competition by submitting a 300 words or less essay and a video that provides a compelling reason why they believe they should be awarded the $10,000 grant, and how the funds will be invested in their business. Small businesses must have at least 100 employees to enter.

Contestants will go through a series of rounds, including a public vote on the top 50. Judges will determine the top 10 finalists that will culminate in a final live show at the Adorama Live Theatre at 1010 WINS in New York City. And the winner wins $10,000! All of the 10 finalists will be awarded a Cannon MAXIFY Printer.

Bittylab founder, Priska Diaz, says she will use her grant money for an outreach campaign to pediatric offices and to educate the community on infant gas/reflux.
