Ronald McDonald House Charities Global Grants program awards millions of dollars to organizations who focus on providing access to health care for children. Non-profit organizations whose work improves the health and lives of children around the world may apply.
Requests for grants are reviewed quarterly. Eligible organizations must be nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations whose global programs help improve the health and well being of children under 18. All organizations who apply for a grant must already be self-sustaining. Funding can be requested to support specific programs.
Programs can include any health-related program that serves a specific need, that has long-term benefits, and that can produce results that are measurable in terms of improving the health and well being of children.
Examples of past grant recipients include humanitarian missions, case management programs, health education services, improving acute care of seriously ill patients, and programs that improve oral health.
